Some interesting points!

Having a number of friends that run their own businesses I often find myself discussing the benefits that a web 2.0 approach can bring to business.

However, the conversation nearly always returns back "time" and “Can you prove the ROI?” Never been easy one. Yes there's some anecdotal evidence, (Thomas Mahon - Savile row tailor), but very few that can clearly demonstrate that the investment in time, has brought significant financial returns.

What we need to see is clear evidence on ROI, from businesses that have been using web 2.0 tools. Then we'll see more SME's sit up and take note.

Well, that's my opinion!
